Our licensed instructors will focus on students' literacy skills (balanced reading & writing) and use comprehensive materials to improve their math skills and problem-solving skills. During the past years, MORE than 80% of students from our Academic Program achieved 4 and above in NY State Tests. This class also prepares the students who are applying for the accelerated Gifted & Talented Program.

Tuition Rates & Discounts
- The program runs from 9/6/2025 to 1/10/2026. No Class on 10/11, 11/29, 12/27, and 1/3
- $1695 for the semester | $135 for each non-package session.
- $135/hr for 1-on-1 private sessions. The minimum package starts with 5 sessions.
- Each student can have no more than 2 makeup sessions in each semester.

Special Offers for in-house families: 2-Hour Virtual Private Class (1 student)/Semi-Private Class (2 same-grade students) for just $190. Class schedule upon request. Minimum package is 15 sessions. Other terms apply.
2025 Fall Hunter High School Admission Test
(for G5 students only)
Students need to achieve a minimum score of 465 in ELA and a minimum score of 488 in math in the 5th grade New York State Exams to become ELIGIBLE to take the Hunter High School admission test. For the 5th graders who are aiming at Hunter High School, Talent Prep offers the prep course to help them achieve these requirements. Also, this course helps 5th graders start preparing for Hunter High School admission test contents at an early stage so students will have a higher chance to get into Hunter High School!
*Tutors are graduates from Hunter High School, with 3+ years of teaching experience.

Small Group Class (5:1): $1975, including materials. The program runs from 9/6/2025 to 1/10/2026. No Class on 10/11, 11/29, 12/27, and 1/3.
1-on-1 Private Class: $195/hr as in-person OR $135/hr as vitual. The minimum package starts with 5 sessions.
​*$200 non-refundable reservation fee per child. Reservation fee will count toward full tuition.
