Horace Mann School and Riverdale Country School requested that First Look Insights, LLC ("FLI") administer a virtual assessment tool to be used as another data point that supports a robust view of applicants applying for admission for Kindergarten and 1st Grade.

Talent Prpe offers virtual classes for students who need to prepare for FLI assessment. Each 1-on-1 private virtual prep class is 30 minutes long.
For Children Preparing In-person Interview or Group Play for K Admissions
An in-person interview is a common part of the kindergarten admissions process in most NYC private schools. Private schools suggest that parents and children may be expected to attend interviews or group play sessions as part of the admissions process.

For Children Preparing ISEE Exam for Grade 2-4 Entrance
Most NYC private schools all request applicants to submit their ISEE test scores as an important part of the admission process. A competitive ISEE score will make your application strong!
Talent Prep offers in-person prep ISEE prep classes for students applying for G2-4. Each 1-on-1 private class is 50 minutes long.

Health & Safety
​To make sure the health and safety of all on-site students and instructors, we will implement the following measures into daily operation:
- Face coverings.
students and all employees must wear masks all the time.

- Daily classroom sanitation.
All tables, chairs, and floors will be sanitized at the end of the day.

- Disinfect activity items after every use.
All our on-site employees are trained to use alcohol wipes or spray to perform quick disinfection to classroom items after every use (toys, class materials, or personal belongings).

- Frequent handwashing and hand sanitizing.
Classroom teachers will instruct students to wash hands before and after each session and more frequent handwashing during the session if necessary.

- Seating arrangement to practice in-classroom distancing.
